E & J Brandy
is the largest single producer of fine brandy in the United States. From barrel dump and fill, storage, cellar operations, warehousing and bottling, E&J Brandy is a turnkey operation.
Cellar Operations
processes the wine according to the wine-maker’s directions. Once the final blend is completed, the wine is filtered, cooled, and readied for bottling.

Regulatory Affairs and Compliance coordinates environmental compliance activities, oversees international market entry requirements, ensures compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and standards and monitors domestic and international sources for changes in the regulatory environment. Regulatory Affairs and Compliance works closely with many winery groups such as operations, winemaking, marketing, legal, and other Gallo entities as well as various regulatory agencies.

Supplier Development within the Finance Department includes the following areas of responsibility:

- Raw Materials
Supplier Development is responsible for evaluation and implementation of organization-wide goods and services procurement programs that result in cooperative and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, and ensure lowest total winery cost.
Each functional area is led by a Group Manager, responsible for the development and direction of strategic plans for multiple product and service commodities. Reporting to the Group Manager are two or more Category (responsible for specific commodities within each group) and Business Analysts, who develop and evaluate cost models.
